HI! im dolan! (awkward silence) ok, to far back...

im a marine and all that now. basic sucked. marine combat training sucked. and im now at my MOS school which is really cool!!! we got a 96 libo, so i could just walk around all day, slam full throttles and eat doughnuts. AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID!!! i forgot my yahoo password... so ya. thats it ina nutshell. comment me if you think im retarted. :) but keep in mind im learning how to use C4, T-N-T, dynomite... DEPLOYMENT IS INEVITABLE!!! BRING IT ON!!!

details? certainly.

MEPS which is where i had to go to take the ASVAB and pass the physical and all that. and MEPS is in new orleans. more accurately, in the ninth ward. im sure you know the name... there wernt very many of us. maybe 6 other marines and one army guy.we harrased the army guys so much. :) it was fun. anyway, we get up at 4 am and get outa the hotel (a nice 4 star one. wanna know where your tax $'s go? right there. :) we get to meps @ 6 and the first thing is sight and hearing. which i pass. no problems. the harder part was next. its a test called the ASVAB. it stands for Arsenal Service Vocational Apptitude Battery test. for as mean as that sounds, its justa souped up ACT. just alot of basic knowledge stuff. i scored a 74, and i needed a 32 to get into the marines. so, needless to say, i passed. and the higher the score, the more your elidgeable (idk how to spel) you are for pay raises, promotions and job selections. i scored high enough to do any job in the Corps. so that was cool... next was the physical. and it was a very physical physical. if you get my drift... passed with no problems. next was the mental health. they wanted to know if i had any traffic tickets, ever done drugs, problems with the law... i was fine so i was passed. it was pretty awesome... i was sworn in and became a marine of sorts... since i havnt graduated basic, im called a poolee. i leave for basic in Paris Island on june 18th. in the mean time i have to keep weekly contact with my recruter and work out every day.

but thats about it... if there was something else, iv forgotten. :)

actaually, it wasnt the flu, it was bronchitis. fun huh? my throat is still soar. it takes litteraly weeks for everything to heal...

nash is getting MVP again. not shaq, kobe, dirk... nash, and thats that. he is the ultimate team player. he makes anyone he plays with better. I HAVE SPOKEN.

i am recovering from the flu. yipee. it almost killed me.

a band im begining to like alot is muse. look em up. there suprisingly good. they do "knights of cydonia" its got apretty good baseline...

so basketball is over. we got knocked out first round. that was lame... but i got First Team All-State. (thats good, by the way...) but who cares if your lose so easily? oh well. we finished 11-6. so not all that great...

"cant stop" isnt top five!!!! see that ross?!?!?! ;)

im sick and i hate it. pressure form my sinus' are actually hurting my teeth. isnt that wierd? ugh, hate it.

almost got in my first accident the yesterday. the dude missed me, but when into a ditch. he thought it was my fault. but the cops thought differently. he got the ticket, and i didnt even have to talk to the cops. how sweet is that? :)

COLTS WON!!!!!!!!!

b-ball is ok. were like 9-5. so its ok, i guess. we still kinda suck... 2 more regular season games than playoffs baby!!

hey peoples!

ok, so when it comes to an update, i can never remember what i wanted to say. well we owned in soccer. undefeated 9-0. and won "state." we shut them out 6-0. id like to think we did that cuz we had good D. :) so that was cool. work still sux. im still tired alot. our basketball team could use some serious help. we need coach cook BAD. we have some good talent, but they try to win a game by them selves. no team play whatsoever. our defence sux. we gave up 40 somethin point against a team that shouldnt have gotten outa the single digets. there is no intensity. no will to win. iv been thinking about quiting...

oh, i got my first technical foul the other day. the next day i got my first yellow card in soccer. @ this rate im gonna kill someone by the end of the season.

goin to texas for thnxgiving.

we won our championship game!!! 26-14. the field was really nasty and stuff, but the mud was kinda fun to play in. it was actually a stadium, so we had the whole ring of seats all around us. it was pretty cool. untill i got knocked out. i went helmet to helmet going full speed into their running back. apparently i was out for about 2 minutes. i mean totaly out. not just a little dizzy. i dont remeber much of what happened either the play before (i dont remember hitting him @ all) or the following 15 minuts or so. my coaches pretty much dragged me off the field b/c i couldnt even walk @ that point. so they called the EMS and they took me to the hospital. nothing serious. double concution. so my brain hit the front and back of my skull. this could explain the headache... but we won!!! this is my first championship game to. :) sweet.

my will to join the marines has grown today.

soccer season now and we had our first game yesterday. (i did play) we won 10-2. they were really bad, and were really good. and those 2 goals were racist. i couldnt belive they scored @ all.
